Department of History was established in the year 1974. The department has competent faculty who attempt to engage students with multiple perspectives on various themes in order to enable them to analyse those perspectives critically. The department helps students to understand the significance of human events and providing quality and innovative education. The department is renowned for the quality of its teaching.
